STEP ONE
First things first!!….Before we can commence working on your file, you will need to fill out and submit your engagement letter to us HERE  

STEP TWO
Have you signed up for Canada Revenue Agency’s oline mail service?

CRA’s My Account a secure portal allowing you to track your refunds, view your payments, check your benefit and credit payments, view your RRSP limits, set up direct deposit, receive and have access to your notices of assessment, and much more right at your fingertips!  Sign up HERE 

STEP THREE
Once you have submitted your engagement letter, compile your tax information using our checklist HERE

STEP FOUR
Once you have your information gathered together, we ask that you please take a look at how to organize documents in your client portal HERE

Then, upload your documents into the portal one of three ways:

  • From your Android device, download and use the portal application HERE
  • From your iPhone or iPad, download and use the portal application HERE
  • Or, go to our website and log into your client portal HERE

STEP FIVE
Once you are ready for us to prepare your income tax return, please make sure to email us at admin@kassoc.ca to let us know.  We will prepare your income tax return, and once done, you will get an email to log into your client portal for review of your income tax return and emails from us to sign any final forms.
